Role Overview:

As an Operations Intern, you will assist in managing day-to-day operations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth business processes.. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and having willingness to learn.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates, B.Com/BBA or any business related field student, to gain practical exposure to business operations and learn how to manage end-to-end processes in a

fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


• Handle end-to-end onsite operations including checking orders and coordinating with

teams.


• Ensure smooth execution of daily business processes.


• Assist in quality checks.


• Maintain records of vendor communications, purchase orders, and invoices.


• Support the operations team in inventory management.


• Communicate project updates to internal teams and clients as needed.


• Identify and resolve minor operational issues promptly.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education
: Pursuing or recently completed B.Com/BBA, or related field

Location
: Must be based in Bhubaneswar and available for onsite work

Transport
: Own vehicle required for daily commuting

Skills & Qualities
: Strong communication, coordination, proactive and reliable attitude
