About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, resourceful, and proactive individual to join us as a
Founder's Office Intern
at
Bizarc Ventures
. This is a dynamic, hands-on role working directly with the founding team. The intern will support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives across the cross-functional areas.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys multitasking, and is eager to gain a
360° view
of how companies are built and scaled. You'll also have the opportunity to build automations and smart workflows that improve team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Founders in executing key business initiatives and strategic projects
  • Assist in internal operations, research, documentation, and reporting
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution of projects
  • Draft communication materials – decks, reports, proposals, and content
  • Create and manage social media content (if applicable)
  • Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and special projects
  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to generate content, summarize documents, draft responses, etc.
  • Research and evaluate new AI tools for business and automation use cases
  • Create basic automation workflows using Google Apps Script, Zapier, and Google Sheets
  • Build internal tools for task tracking, reporting, and notifications using digital and AI-based platforms

  • Basic understanding of AI tools and platforms, and a willingness to explore new ones
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and automation apps
  • Prior experience with Google Apps Script, Zapier, or any automation platform is a plus
  • Currently pursuing graduation (preferably in business, communications, computer science, or related fields)
