DAP-SEC Manager

Key Responsibilities:
People Management & Development:
- Lead people management activities, including team performance evaluations, development plans, career discussions, and coaching through platforms like InTouch.
- Mentor and coach team members to overcome challenges and build autonomy in their roles, supporting individual growth and team optimization.
- Model organizational values and promote a culture of high performance, integrity, teamwork, and work-life balance.
Operational Leadership & Support:
- Drive mission achievement across DAP security operations, balancing cost, quality, and modernization goals.
- Coordinate project activities across functions, ensuring effective communication and seamless cross-functional collaboration.
- Evaluate and provide strategic feedback on technology and business-driven initiatives, recommending innovative approaches that align with enterprise architecture.
Continuous Improvement & Change Management:
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the team, applying lean and agile principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Embrace change, guiding the team through transformations and formulating strategies to support effective transitions.
Proactive Issue Resolution & Trend Analysis:
- Proactively identify and address security and business architecture issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Analyze trends to prevent recurring issues, developing strategies for improved proactive issue identification.
Quality Management & Security Awareness:
- Maintain a high standard in quality management practices, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
- Respond to critical production issues as needed, guiding technical resolutions with the team.
- Stay informed of security best practices to protect infrastructure and address emerging risks.
Professional Experience:
Extensive IT Security Domain Knowledge:
- Proven experience managing teams within key IT security domains, such as CSPM, EPP, EDR, Vulnerability Management, Account Revalidation, Internal Control, and Cloud Security.
- Skilled in implementing comprehensive security frameworks aligned with best practices and standards.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Strong background in people management, with a focus on fostering team autonomy, high morale, and continuous growth.
- Experienced in mentoring and coaching to unblock bottlenecks and develop technical and operational skills within the team.
Lean and Agile Expertise:
- Proficient in lean and agile methodologies; Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- Practical experience using lean principles in security operations to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
Project & Stakeholder Management:
- Skilled in cross-functional project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and maintaining transparent communication.
- Proven ability to assess technical and business challenges, providing actionable insights for service enhancement.
