The HR Associate will support the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR records. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes — job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Support payroll processing by collecting attendance and leave data.
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely support.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Prepare HR letters, memos, and documentation as required.
  • Support HR audits, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
