Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Supervisor located in Chennai. The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for implementing and overseeing health and safety policies, conducting safety training sessions, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and developing safety improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Safety Supervisor will perform accident investigations and recommend corrective actions to prevent future incidents. Close collaboration with other departments to promote a culture of safety is essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting Safety Training and developing safety programs
  • Proficiency in Accident Investigation and implementing preventive measures
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
