Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor located in Chennai. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, ensuring that production schedules are met. Responsibilities include managing production planning, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring efficient use of resources. The Production Supervisor will also monitor and manage staff performance, maintain production management systems, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead production teams
  • Experience in creating and managing Production Schedules and Production Planning
  • Excellent Communication skills to coordinate across departments and with team members
  • Knowledge of Production Management techniques and best practices
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management, or related field
  • Experience in the die and casting industry is an advantage
