Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assembly Supervisor located in Chennai. The Assembly Supervisor will oversee day-to-day assembly operations, including production planning, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring adherence to manufacturing schedules. Responsibilities include managing and training team members, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring workplace safety and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage and lead teams effectively
  • Experience in Quality Control and adherence to manufacturing standards
  • Expertise in Production Planning and efficient resource allocation
  • Proficiency in Training and coaching team members for optimal performance
  • Solid understanding of Manufacturing principles and practices
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of assembly procedures and equipment is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
