We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our call center team in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, with prior experience handling inbound service-based calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer service calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience through clear and empathetic communication.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum Experience: 6 months in a Call Center / Customer Service role (Inbound process preferred).
  • Languages: Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
  • Gender: Woman
  • Location : Chennai

Work Details

  • Working Days: 6 days/week
  • Shift: Day Shift (timings as per business needs)
  • Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and communication skills).
