Roles and Responsibilities

  • Read engineering drawings to create CNC programs using programming languages such as G-code, M-code, etc.
  • Operate CNC machines (VMC) with proficiency in Fanuc control systems.
  • Perform setting activities for CNC turning operations on lathes and VMCs.
  • Ensure accurate machining processes by monitoring machine shop operations and making necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in CNC Programming or related field (CNC Machines, CNC Turning).
  • Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Proficient in reading engineering drawings and creating CNC programs using various programming languages (G-code, M-code, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of Fanuc control systems for operating CNC machines (VMC).
