We're Hiring: CNC Programmer

Join our team We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to develop and implement advanced CNC programs for various manufacturing jobs, including 5-axis machines, vertical & horizontal mills, and Fanuc lathes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize CNC programs using MASTERCAM
  • Troubleshoot CNC issues and enhance machining processes
  • Design work holding solutions and select cutting tools
  • Collaborate with the engineering team for process improvements
  • Maintain DNC systems and improve setup efficiency

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of manufacturing or 5+ years in CNC programming
  • Advanced knowledge of MASTERCAM and CNC equipment (5-axis, vertical mills, lathes)
  • Strong communication skills & problem-solving abilities
