Job Overview:

We are looking for a Driver Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified drivers to meet the staffing needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driver recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the transportation industry.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain

qualified drivers.

● Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media,

referrals, and networking events, to source potential candidates.

● Reviewresumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to

assess their qualifications, experience, and fit for available positions.

● Conductbackground checks, verify employment history, and check driving

records of potential hires to ensure compliance with company standards and

regulations.

● Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate

profiles, interview notes, and hiring statistics.

● Build and maintain relationships with driver training schools, industry

organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to expand the candidate pool.

● Stayinformed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor

practices related to driver recruitment, incorporating relevant insights into our

recruitment strategies.

● Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including

time-to-fill, applicant conversion rates, and retention rates.

● Hasprior experience in a company that offers shared Mobility Services.
