Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager at Advance Mobility. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage resources, optimize processes, and ensure service delivery efficiency. They will support the company's mission of delivering exceptional virtual assistant services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Improving the Fleet processes.

  2. Managing resources and overseeing the process.

  3. Preparing reports and maintaining records of work accomplishments.

  4. Lead, coach, and mentor team leaders and agents to optimize performance.

  5. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement development plans.

  6. Act as the primary point of contact for the Director & Lead management, addressing concerns, providing updates, and managing expectations for Mumbai branch.

  7. Build strong client relationships.

  8. Quality Assurance and daily audits.

  9. Overall leadership and management qualities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management, resource allocation, and process optimization
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a virtual assistant or service-oriented industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
