Role & responsibilities
- Client acquisition: Identify and develop relationships with potential clients and generate leads.
- Property marketing: Create listings, marketing materials, and advertisements for properties.
- Property showings: Schedule and conduct property showings and open houses for potential buyers.
- Market analysis: Conduct market research to estimate property values, understand trends, and provide market insights.
- Negotiation: Negotiate property sales and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Sales and closing: Manage the closing process, including drafting and reviewing contracts and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
- Client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service.
- Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including trends, property values, and relevant laws.
- Proficiency in marketing and sales strategies.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
- Familiarity with property valuation techniques.
