Roles & Responsibilities
- Office Management
- Oversee day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain office cleanliness, discipline, and safety standards.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory.
- Vendor & Facility Management
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Negotiate and maintain records of service providers.
- Ensure timely payments and renewals of vendor contracts.
- Travel & Logistics
- Arrange travel, hotel bookings, and local transportation for employees/guests.
- Manage courier, dispatch, and inward/outward mail.
- Event & Meeting Support
- Organize and coordinate office meetings, training, and events.
- Ensure availability of meeting rooms, refreshments, and required facilities.
- Documentation & Records
- Maintain administrative files, bills, and agreements.
- Keep updated records of utility bills, licenses, and AMC contracts.
- Coordination & Support
- Act as the point of contact for employees regarding admin support.
- Coordinate with management for smooth execution of office activities.
- Handle visitor management and front-desk activities (if required).
