We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office Boy/Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. The role involves handling routine tasks, maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff, and ensuring smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, pantry, and common areas.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
  • Assist in handling office errands, such as collecting documents, depositing cheques, or delivering parcels.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing couriers, packages, and mail.
  • Support staff with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling.
  • Ensure office supplies, stationery, and pantry items are stocked and replenished.
  • Assist in setting up meeting rooms, arranging chairs, and preparing refreshments for meetings.
  • Cooperate with administrative and support teams for smooth office operations.
  • Follow office rules, maintain discipline, and ensure professional behavior.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum qualification: High School / 10th pass (higher preferred).
  • Prior experience as an Office Boy, or Office Assistant is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of office practices and etiquette.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.

Preferred Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with basic administrative support tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
