Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate financial reports. The role involves supervising junior accounting staff, overseeing day-to-day accounts operations, and supporting strategic decision-making through precise financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and oversee all accounting records and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and ledger accounts.

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations.

  • Oversee payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

  • Coordinate with auditors for statutory, tax, and internal audits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

  • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other tax laws.

  • Proficiency in Tally ERP.

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
