Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source and screen potential candidates through various platforms.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for future openings.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles and deadlines.

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹50,000.00 per month
