Job Title: Full-Time Intern – ACA Webinar & Leadership Talkies SeriesLocation: Office

Duration: 4 Months (Full-Time, In-Office)Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to manage our ACA Webinar - Leadership Talkies Series, conducted every Friday. This role involves end-to-end coordination, from inviting CXO-level speakers to post-event deliverables, ensuring smooth execution and impactful audience engagement.Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage weekly webinars (every Friday) with CXO-level guests.
  • Handle speaker outreach, invitations, and calendar blocking.
  • Create buzz on social media before, during, and after events.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for graphics, posts, and promotions.
  • Manage event logistics, reminders, and audience engagement.
  • Ensure timely post-event deliverables to clients.
  • Maintain speaker and participant databases.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of social media marketing and online events.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Enthusiastic, self-driven, and able to work under deadlines.
