We are a fast-growing organization in the IT solutions and software services space, helping businesses adopt cutting-edge technology to achieve their goals. We are looking for a driven IT Sales Executive to expand our client base and build long-term business relationships.
Role Overview
As an IT Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing existing accounts, and promoting IT products and solutions. The role demands strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to close deals in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Pitch and promote software products, IT services, and technology solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend customized IT solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – lead generation, prospecting, demos, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SMBs, corporates, and channel partners.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on IT trends, competitor products, and market movements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing, IT, or related fields.
- 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales / Software Sales / Technology Solutions Sales.
- Knowledge of B2B sales, corporate sales, or enterprise solutions is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong networking and client relationship-building skills.
