We're looking for an experienced Manager, GTM Operations to join our GTM Operations & Analytics team.This role is for an individual contributor role aligned to APJ and EMEA GEO Operations function.Reporting to the Sr. Manager, GTM Operations, you will be responsible for:

• Working closely with field stakeholders/ GTM Operations leaders to target the right pain point, gain business context, unearth problems, and create data backed programs to positively impact business performance
• Working on GEO specific Sales Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Analytics
• Working on QBRs and Annual Business Planning
•  Analyzing and optimizing end-to-end business processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implementing streamlined
• Leading  and participating in cross-functional projects focused on improving GEO operations, GTM execution, and data integrity

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 4+ years of experience in GTM Operations/Revenue Operations/Sales Operations
• Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Google Spreadsheet & Excel is required. 
• Use AI and agentic solutions to solve critical business problems or drive sales productivity
• Drive data backed solution in a multi-disciplinary environment and collaborate with diverse internal teams
