Role Description

We're seeking a self-motivated Visual Designer/ Creative Specialist to build and evolve the design language across our ventures, spanning Finance, Deep Tech, and D2C. This is a hands-on, on-site role where design craft meets production agility, you'll create static graphics, brand assets, packaging, UI/UX design, and high-impact video content that communicates with power and consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Brand Design:

Translate brand strategy into visual systems (logos, typography, color palettes, guidelines, social assets).
- Web & Digital:

Design and manage web layouts and digital campaigns with an eye for UI/UX.
- Content Production:

Craft static and motion graphics for social, pitch decks, ads, and short-form video.
- Packaging:

Develop product packaging and unboxing experiences aligned with consumer preferences.
- Video & Motion:

Oversee/produce short video edits, reels, explainer animations, product films, etc.

Skills & Specializations

  • Design Generalist:

Skilled in static + motion + packaging + web, can move across mediums smoothly.
- Strong Tools Command:

Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PS, AE, PR), Figma, Blender (bonus), Canva (quick turnaround).
- Production Agility:

Comfortable handling multiple projects and delivering with speed and polish.
- Eye for Detail:

Typography, grid, alignment, and consistency are second nature.
- Ownership Mindset:

Thrives in startup pace, takes initiative, manages deadlines independently.

Preferred Experience

  • 2+ years in design/production roles (agency, studio, or high-growth startups).
  • Freshers with strong portfolios are also welcome.
  • Portfolio demonstrating versatility across brand identity, digital campaigns, packaging, and motion.
  • Experience working on both B2B and D2C brands is a plus
