In this role you will be responsible for:

• Inspect, analyse and control fragrance manufacturing processes, procedures and regulations to maintain or improve quality of production processes and efficiency, and to ensure and execute compliance on every stage of the process.
• Provide support to the Quality Managers by performing timely analysis of report data, from multiple sources.
• Responsible for on-going collection & reporting of quality metrics; gathering all complaint data, manufacturing site and supplier quality metrics and analysing for trends, and reporting appropriately.
• Write and revise standard operating procedures.
• Implement quality assurance regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement processes for simplifying quality and manufacturing related processes while also driving improvements in quality effectiveness.
• May liaise with external vendors, contractors or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the organization's quality standards.
• May support quality training coordination.
• Update and maintain all departmental technical documents, procedural manuals.

Your professional profile includes:

• Master degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry; Engineering or related discipline.
• Overall work experience of 3 to 5 years.

Instrumentation: Handling of the Instruments like GC, GCMS, Auto titrator, Flash point, Melting point, Specific gravity, Polarimeter, Refractive Index.

Disposition of Raw Materials and outgoing Finished Goods: The received raw materials and finished goods are analyzed as per the test mentioned in the Inspection instruction. The received RMs are verified by looking into the MUI approved list in case of Halal requirement. Enter the data into SAP and dispose accordingly. The counter sample is to be labeled and stored in cold room.

Production: Samples received from production will be analyzed and report to them. Document request for MSDS and flash point are issued to them for dispatch purpose.

Reference updation: Regular monitoring on expiry date of references and replace with the new ones and the traceability in time.

Control sample and documentation: Maintenance and quick retrieval of control samples, filing and maintenance of the documents.

Analysis of NID & EXP status material: Ensures all the materials are analysed in NID status to prevent expiry.

5S, GMP & Laboratory chemicals inventory: Maintenance of lab always spick and span along with maintenance of chemical inventory and consumables. Following up of GMP adherence in lab as well for the batch release.
