We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven LMS Administrator to manage and maintain our educational platforms. The role involves overseeing online course content, question bank uploads, user management, scheduling of assessments and online classes, as well as tracking learner progress and generating reports.

Role & responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) on a day-to-day basis.

  • Upload and update online course content and question banks.
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
  • Schedule assessments, quizzes, and online classes within the LMS.
  • Monitor learner participation, progress, and completion rates.
  • Generate and distribute reports on assessments, usage, and overall performance.
  • Provide support to learners, instructors, and staff for LMS-related queries.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of LMS data and content.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of LMS platforms with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to the LMS.
