Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madurai for a Coach specializing in Tennis, Fencing, Archery, Skating, and Gym Training. The coach will plan and deliver structured training sessions, assess skill levels, provide personalized guidance, and ensure the safety and well-being of participants. Responsibilities also include fostering a positive and professional learning environment and working closely with students to help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Tennis Instruction and Tennis
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Training and development
  • Ability to motivate, mentor, and guide individuals or groups
  • Certification in coaching or relevant field is a plus
  • Experience in the respective sports domains (Fencing, Archery, Skating, Gym) is highly beneficial
