**Job Summary**
- Design and Deliver Effective Spoken English / IELTS / Placement Training Programs.
- Conduct evaluations and assessment to identify areas of Improvement in sessions.
- Liaise with different departments to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Monitor and review clients' performance and response to training.
- Coach,mentor and Counsel the clients with utmost empathy.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
- keep attendance and other records.

**Key Skills**
Proficient in MS Office (esp. Power Point and excel). Good Communication, presentation and public speaking skills. Organizational and time management abilities. Critical thinking and decision making. Graduate/Post Graduate. Certification in training will have an added advantage.
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
English Fluency with prior training experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month

- Bypassroad, Madurai - 625010, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
