**Job Description: English Trainer (Telugu Speaker)**

**Position Title**: English Trainer (Telugu Speaker)

**Location**: WFH

**Salary**: Starting from ₹1.2 LPA (Freshers can also apply)

**Job Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conducting English language training sessions for students, professionals, and adults.
- Providing interactive lessons focusing on speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills.
- Designing and preparing lesson plans and materials based on the learners' needs and proficiency levels.
- Monitoring and assessing the progress of learners, offering constructive feedback and support.
- Addressing individual learning needs and ensuring personalized attention for all students.
- Encouraging students to actively participate and practice their English skills in real-life scenarios.
- Promoting a positive and interactive learning environment.
- Collaborating with the team to improve training content and methods.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in both English and Telugu (verbal and written).
- Good command of English grammar, vocabulary, and sentence construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their skills.
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods according to the needs of different learners.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior teaching experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of computer skills (MS Office, internet, etc.).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
