We are seeking an experienced and dedicated English Trainer to join our Institution. As an English Trainer, your primary responsibility will be to develop the students' communication skills in English to enhance their overall language proficiency. You will work with MBA students and design courses and activities to promote interactive learning and foster a supportive environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Utilize effective teaching methods to present comprehensive English lessons, focusing on reading, writing, and speaking skills.

2. Provide personalized instruction to each student, tailoring the learning process to meet their individual needs and abilities.

3. Create and distribute educational content, including notes, summaries, and assignments, to facilitate learning outside the classroom.

4. Regularly assess and record students' progress, providing constructive feedback and assigning grades accordingly.

5. Maintain an organized and engaging classroom environment that encourages active participation and learning.

6. Plan and execute in-class and outdoor activities and events that promote language development and communication.

7. Observe and understand students' behaviour and psyche, reporting any concerns or issues as necessary.

**Requirements and Skills**:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an English Trainer in an educational institution, preferably at the postgraduate level or with adult learners.

2. Demonstrated expertise in teaching best practices and a strong understanding of educational guidelines.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and productive learning environment.

4. Organized, committed, creative, and energetic, with a passion for inspiring and motivating students.

5. Strong moral values and discipline, serving as a positive role model for students.

6. Bachelor's or Master's degree in English Language, English Literature, or a related field with a certificate in education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
