**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Conduct engaging training sessions in various formats, including workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and methods to facilitate learning and skill development.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with stakeholders.
- Customize training materials and resources to address specific learning objectives and participant backgrounds.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to support their growth and development.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training and development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and innovate training methodologies and content.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a soft skills trainer or similar role, with a minimum of [insert number] years in training and development.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated proficiency in designing and delivering training programs using various modalities (e.g., classroom training, e-learning, virtual training).
- Ability to adapt training content and delivery methods to meet the needs of different learning styles and preferences.

- Flexibility to travel as needed to deliver training sessions at different locations.
- Certifications in training and development, coaching, or related fields are a plus.
