As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will be responsible for equipping our restaurant F&B team with the skills necessary to enhance their communication, behavior, and customer interactions. You will guide staff members through training sessions on professional etiquette, customer service best practices, and interpersonal skills to ensure a welcoming, respectful, and exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Soft Skills Training: Develop and lead sessions on communication, conflict resolution, active listening, and customer interaction.

Teach Etiquette: Train staff on restaurant-specific etiquette, including greetings, table manners, and handling complaints.

Evaluate Performance:Be on the floor to assess staff progress, provide feedback, and offer coaching for continuous improvement and.

Create Training Materials: Design training resources such as presentations, role-plays, and handouts.

Monitor Progress: Track staff development and ensure skills are consistently applied Stay Updated: Incorporate the latest customer service trends and best practices into training.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
