**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Training & Development**:

- Design and deliver **soft skills training programs**, including **business etiquette, communication skills, team collaboration, customer interaction, and leadership skills**.
- Conduct **interactive workshops, role-plays, and case studies** to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Assess training needs and customize programs to suit business and employee requirements.

**Coaching & Employee Engagement**:

- Provide **one-on-one coaching** for employees to enhance their professional behavior and communication.
- Develop training materials, handbooks, and assessments to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Monitor and track employee progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement.

**Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with **HR and department heads** to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training plans.
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training outcomes and employee development.

**Key Requirements**:

- **20+ years of experience** in soft skills training or corporate learning & development.
- Strong knowledge of **business etiquette, communication skills, interpersonal skills, and professional grooming**.
- Excellent **presentation and public speaking skills**.
- Ability to engage and interact with **CXO-level employees, department heads, and managers**.
- Strong **organizational and analytical skills**.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **MBA / PG Diploma in HR / Psychology / Training & Development**.
- Certified trainer in **soft skills, corporate training, or behavioral skills** is a plus.
- Experience in **manufacturing or automotive industries** will be an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 2 days

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per day
