Soft Skills & Verbal Trainer:

Job Description: Design and deliver training sessions to enhance students' skills for campus placements, competitive exams, and other tests.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive training modules covering quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
  • Conduct interactive sessions using various teaching methods to explain concepts like number systems, ratios, logical sequences, and reading comprehension.
  • Teach shortcut tricks for solving problems.
  • Assess student progress through assignments and quizzes.
  • Provide personalized feedback and guidance.
  • Conduct mock interviews and group discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field like Mathematics or Engineering is often required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in training is often preferred.

Logical & Quantitative Trainer

Job Description: Use mathematical and statistical methods to solve complex problems in finance and risk management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret large datasets to develop predictive models and algorithms.
  • Build and test trading strategies.
  • Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings.
  • Collaborate with finance teams and senior analysts.
  • Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of models through ongoing monitoring and maintenance.
  • May be involved in trading (Quant Trader) or software development (Quant Developer) roles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's in a highly quantitative field like Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of advanced math concepts like multivariate calculus, differential equations, and probability.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
