Improve Communication Skills TrainerThe role of a communication skills trainer involves training a team of associates on various skills such as soft skills, voice and accent, language or behaviors defined by the client. The trainer is responsible for conducting refresher and update training on communication, soft skills, grammar, syllable stress, and voice intonation.Ongoing monitoring of associates' performance and tracking deviations are key aspects of this role. Additionally, the trainer helps in achieving continuous improvements by running refreshers that are specifically curated to meet the KPIs.The trainer regularly assesses training needs to fill gaps in performance. Periodic meetings and huddles with the team are conducted to gauge and improve performance. Tracking and ensuring improvement of lower-performing associates are also part of this role.Facilitating internal audits on communications and soft skills is another responsibility. Conducting TNI and TNA on a monthly basis and plugging back loopholes in training are critical tasks. Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for improvement and conduct regular assessments to measure progress.Internal Audits and Process Improvement:Facilitate internal audits to assess compliance with communication and soft skills standards. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall performance.Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration:Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues through regular meetings, huddles, and workshops. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team.
