Job Title: Unreal Developer cum Trainer

Job Objective

To support game development activities while providing hands-on training and guidance to students and interns on Unreal Engine workflows, best practices, and real-time production techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop interactive real-time experiences, prototypes, and gameplay elements using Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5).
  • Deliver training sessions to students and trainees, covering Unreal Engine development, Blueprints, and related production workflows.
  • Assist learners with project building, troubleshooting, and practical implementation.
  • Create and maintain training materials, modules, and project-based assignments.
  • Collaborate with the internal development team to support ongoing game and simulation projects.
  • Ensure trainees maintain consistent progress and quality standards in their work.
  • Stay updated with new Unreal Engine features, tools, and development trends.

Skills & Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience working in Unreal Engine.
  • Familiarity with Blueprint visual scripting is mandatory; basic understanding of C++ is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of game development fundamentals (e.g., environment setup, lighting, camera controls, animations, assets, levels).
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly and guide beginners step-by-step.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for teaching and supporting learners.
  • Ability to work on-site at Tirur, Malappuram.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

  • Academic or training experience (even informal or peer mentoring counts).
  • Experience in AR/VR or real-time visualization projects.
  • Portfolio of demo work / GitHub / YouTube project links.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
