Role Description We are seeking a full-time Academic Counselor to join our team on-site at our Tirur location. The Academic Counselor will guide students in selecting appropriate courses and career paths, provide personalized academic advice, and support students in achieving their educational goals. The role involves conducting regular counseling sessions, gathering and analyzing student requirements, and developing individualized learning plans to foster academic progression. The counselor will collaborate closely with trainers to ensure students receive the best resources and support for their professional growth.
