Job Title: Field Executive – AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) Sales

Location: kochi ,kadavantra

Salary:₹13000/- ₹20,000/month (based on experience) + ₹20,000 Incentives (Performance-based)

Industry: Generator Segment (Hospitals, Corporate Offices, etc.)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Executive to promote and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for generators. The role requires daily customer interactions, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with clients in hospitals, corporate offices, and other institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach and meet potential customers to promote AMC services for generators.
  • Make a minimum of 10–15 calls/visits per day to potential leads.
  • Achieve a monthly sales target of ₹2 Lakhs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and closures.
  • Coordinate with the sales manager to strategize and achieve targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales/fieldwork (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Ability to work independently with a "tension-free attitude."
  • Two-wheeler preferred for field visits.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary:13000/- to ₹20,000/month( based on experience)
