Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and results-driven Field Sales Executives to promote and sell our range of tour and travel packages. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in field sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit potential customers, travel agents, and corporate clients to promote and sell tour packages.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct field visits, distribute marketing materials, and generate leads.
  • Explain tour package details, pricing, and itinerary options to prospective clients.
  • Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth booking and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports of client visits, leads, and conversions.
  • Participate in promotional campaigns, travel fairs, and local marketing events.
  • Uphold company policies, brand image, and customer service standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (minimum qualification).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales (experience in travel/tourism sector preferred).
  • License: Valid two-wheeler driving license (Two-wheeler mandatory).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Good local area knowledge of Ernakulam and nearby regions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
