Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Inventory Executive to support day-to-day inventory and dispatch operations. The role involves handling product packaging, shrink wrapping, coordinating pickups, and ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate should be organized, physically capable of handling inventory tasks, and committed to maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform packaging and shrink wrapping of products as per company standards
  • Ensure products are properly labeled, sealed, and ready for dispatch
  • Coordinate with logistics partners for pickup scheduling and dispatch
  • Verify orders before dispatch to ensure accuracy in quantity and product details
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the inventory and packing area
  • Assist in stock handling, movement, and basic inventory checks
  • Report any damaged, missing, or mismatched items to the supervisor immediately
  • Maintain basic dispatch records and documentation
  • Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Support the team in day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of inventory or warehouse operations
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, packing, and standing for long hours
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
