What You'll Actually Do:

Parent Partnership (60%)

  • Guide parents through their child's entrepreneurial journey
  • Address concerns about balancing business with academics
  • Manage 150+ premium family relationships with personalized attention

Program Excellence (40%)

  • Coordinate Teen Entrepreneur Club with global mentors from MIT/Stanford
  • Ensure 95% retention through systematic engagement
  • Oversee student businesses generating real revenue
  • Create "proud parent" moments weekly

We Need Someone Who:

  • Has 8+ years in education WITH heavy parent interaction
  • Comes from IB/ICSE/CBSE school (admissions/counseling/coordination roles preferred)

  • Believes teenagers can build businesses while excelling academically
