  • Implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a reputable establishment, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian, Continental, and Chinese cuisine, including ingredients, techniques, and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage kitchen staff.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining composure and attention to detail during peak hours.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology, such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
