- Finishing and dishing out of a-la-carte / buffet and party order.
- Assisting Chef-de-parte in performing his duties.
- Controlling of wastages / pilferages in his section.
- Controlling of portion and maintaining standards.
- Cleaning of work area and equipments used during preparation of food.
- Ensuring strict hygiene conditions of his place of work and equipments.
- Preparation of mise-en-place in the department.
- Keep a check on the quantity and quality of food.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

- Puri, Orissa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
