  1. Atleast 1 visit in the production area.

  2. Taste every FG produced atleast once.

  3. Sign off all QC reports of RM/PM.

  4. Sign off IPQC reports of day shift atleast twice in a day and of night shift once preferably before noon.

  5. Sign off "8 hrs FG QC report" maximum by the next working day before noon.

  6. Generation of Batch number on timely basis.

  7. Prepare reports of materials rejected with the reason of rejection and material accepted beyond standards with the reason of acceptance.

  8. Ensuring the QC Reports formats are correct and complete and its periodical review.

  9. Ensuring the QC standards are correctly updated in ERP.

  10. Ensuring all samples are tested within the time as specified in Annexure attached.

  11. Ensuring daily samples of FG are preserved in dedicated room with proper labelling and also, ensure that 6 months daily samples are maintained.

  12. Appropriate training to sub-ordinates as per requirements like GMP, Personal Hygeine, food Safety and any other.

  13. Ensuring employee attrition rate should not be more than 10% in a Qtr.

  14. Give motivational training to their team members.

  15. Represent their Team-member in front of HOD's For good Working to encourage other team member.

  16. Provide Training about maintain Quality Parameters.

  17. Ensuring complainces and certifications of FSSAI/ ISO/ any other regulatory body on timely basis.

  18. Ensuring Pest management wokring and verify them.

  19. Ensure new laminate development and art work

  20. Ensure new Product Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹80,000.00 per month
