We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Quality Assurance (SPD) Department in the role of **Assistant Engineer/Executive**- **Job Purpose**:Inspection of precision strips coils**-
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Heading 1**:

- Description of the role-Primary role is on line inspection of stainless-steel coils as per customer CTQ, making decision of confirming & non-confirming material, preparing disposition reports of inspected material & do entry in SAP/Apriso & clear all uses decisions for inspected material.
- Adhere of all applicable SOPs for online inspection of finish and intermediate products as per the work instruction.
- Over all responsible for individual finish line quality decision & validation of defect to concern agencies.
- Capable of doing SPC & MSA,responsible for Calibration of measuring instruments.
- Capable of finding root cause of problems & making CAPA for improvement.**Qualifications & Experience**:B Sc/Diploma in metallurgy/mechanical.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:Understanding of customer requirements, Knowledge of computer operating, inspection work experience of metal industry, Knowledge of SAP & ISO.
