We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Electrical & Instrumentation (Department) CBL team in the role of Shift in charge.

** Job Purpose**:To ensure reliable and efficient operation of all electrical systems, equipment, and utilities during the assigned shift by leading the electrical maintenance team.

** Key Responsibilities**:

- o The role is responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults, ensuring mínimal downtime, implementing preventive maintenance plans, maintaining safety standards, and supporting production continuity through timely technical intervention.

** Qualifications & Experience**: 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering- ** Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, MCC, PCC, Siemens, ABB & Schneider drives, Siemens, L&T & Schneider PLCs, HMI, EOT Cranes, Motors, and automation equipment.- Expertise in troubleshooting and root cause analysis of electrical faults.- Familiar with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.- Understanding of industrial safety standards and electrical codes.- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.- Experience in energy management and load distribution.- Leadership and team management skills to guide shift electricians and technicians.- Quick decision-making and problem-solving ability during breakdowns.- Effective communication and coordination with production and maintenance teams.-
