Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Supervisor located in Chandigarh. The Collections Supervisor will oversee and manage debt collection operations, ensuring timely and effective recovery of outstanding accounts. Primary responsibilities include team supervision, process improvement, monitoring compliance with company policies, and delivering excellent customer service. The role also involves resolving escalations, preparing reports, and collaborating with other departments to achieve financial goals.

Qualifications

  • Debt Collection expertise and experience in supervising collection processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and optimize collection strategies
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with teams and clients effectively
  • Finance knowledge and familiarity with industry regulations and best practices
  • Leadership skills to manage and guide a team toward achieving objectives
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in using collection software and reporting tools
