Job Title: Sales Associate – Wedding Photography

Location: T Nagar, Chennai

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for a reputed and passionate wedding photography company based in Chennai, known for capturing timeless moments and delivering exceptional client experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and client visits.
  • Manage inquiries from social media platforms, wedding events, and partner referrals.
  • Understand client requirements and present suitable photography & videography packages.
  • Coordinate and follow up with clients until booking confirmation.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and pipeline status in CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless pre-wedding and wedding project execution.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities when required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Any graduate with 0–3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & English preferred).
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand customer preferences and propose creative photography solutions.
  • Proficiency with MS Office tools and CRM software (added advantage).
  • Passion for weddings, photography, and the creative industry is a plus.
