**About Mookuthi**

Mookuthi is a Chennai-based jewellery startup that designs and sells nose ornaments. Every piece is conceptualised and manufactured in-house in collaboration with a network of skilled artisans.

As we grow, we’re expanding our consumer-facing team. We’re looking for young, self-driven individuals who are excited to work with a growing brand, engage with customers, and play a meaningful role in shaping someone’s adornment journey.

**Role Overview**

We are looking for Sales Associates to join our team on the ground — both in-store and online. This is a frontline role, best suited for someone who enjoys speaking to people, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, beautiful consumer experiences.

You’ll be part of the day-to-day work that brings Mookuthi to life for someone — from greeting walk-ins to assisting with try-ons, prepping orders for dispatch, responding to DMs, and following up on leads.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store or at our travelling pop-ups
- Guide clients through the process of choosing and trying on nose ornaments
- Respond to consumer queries on WhatsApp and Instagram
- Maintain accurate notes on consumer preferences and follow-up tasks
- Coordinate internally with production and logistics teams for dispatches
- Help prepare orders for in-store pickup, courier, or gifting
- Ensure the store is neat, welcoming, and always experience-ready
- Support senior sales team members and follow set daily tasks

**Eligibility Criteria**
- 2-4 years of work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Warm, presentable, and comfortable interacting with clients
- A good listener who can follow instructions, take initiative, and complete tasks without reminders
- Interested in jewellery, fashion, or craft-led brands
- Willing to work weekends and during special pop-up events
- Based in (or willing to relocate to) Chennai

- All DMs, calls, and follow-ups are handled on time
- Orders are packed, prepared, and delivered without errors
- The store always feels ready and welcoming
- You become someone the team can rely on to quietly keep things running well

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
