Description
|The Professional Marketing Manager will lead and oversee all Customer Loyalty programs across the APAC region and execute key Ortho marketing programs.
This person will be responsible for planning, executing and maintaining the Customer Loyalty program that delivers overall value to customers; and plan and execute initiatives to drive increased utilization of Rewards points earned by Drs across the portfolio. An important aspect of the role will be understanding and identifying the needs of the customer, and work closely with markets to create best in class recognition programs via Align products and events, or through any other activities to drive program efficacy and impact. This person will need to collaborate closely with the Regional and Global cross functional teams to implement changes to the Customer Loyalty platform and redemption process.
This person will also be supporting the execution of Ortho marketing programs and ensure the successful implementation of the program/initiatives in the markets.

- Driving Customer Loyalty through the Advantage Tier Structure
- Rewards points and redemption SOP
- Support and execute key marketing programs to drive Ortho utilization
What We're Looking For
|
- A minimum of 5 years of related work experience is required. Regional experience is required.
- Relevant experience in managing Customer Loyalty Programs and executing Marketing campaigns/initiatives is preferred. Experience in running Analytics is required.
- Having strong stakeholder management experience is preferred.
- Strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple groups and organizational levels (internal and external) preferred.
