In this role you will Oversee all aspects of Customer Loyalty programs Be responsible for planning executing maintaining the Customer Loyalty programs Advantage Tier Structure discounts associated benefits that delivers overall value to customers Plan and execute initiatives to drive increased utilisation of Rewards points earned by Drs across the portfolio Work closely with the Market and Regional cross functional teams to create and execute best in class recognition programs via Align products and events or through any other events activities Work closely with the Global team to implement any changes to the overall Customer Loyalty platforms and points redemption process Support the execution of Ortho channel marketing programs Be responsible for running Ortho marketing campaigns in close coordination with the other Regional and Market stakeholders Work closely with the Sales Enablement Team and be responsible for creation of appropriate Sales Tools to be used by the sales teams for effective value selling Support local teams on in-market execution to drive adoption and utilization of professional marketing tools Provide Marketing administrative support Ensure all marketing content assets receive the needed marketing clinical legal regulatory approvals Ensure relevant marketing support material is available to the respective markets Budget tracking and PR PO support In this role you ll need A Bachelor s degree is required Master s degree would be preferred Strong implementation skills excellent in execution and attention to detail Be very organised in managing and coordinating multiple projects with ability to balance multiple deadlines Having strong stakeholder management experience is preferred with demonstrated strong business partnering skills and collaboration across multiple groups and organizational levels Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining flexibility Excellent verbal and written English communication skills is needed Other languages like Mandarin Japanese or Korean will be advantageous to work with counterparts across the region Skillful at producing documents with MS office programs Knowledge of Salesforce and simple creative and video editing tools would be a bonus
