Job Description:

We have an opening for the post of Sr. Architect for a reputed Company in Healthcare Industry for the Mumbai (Lower Parel) Head Office.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative, inspired, passionate, and talented team player to join our architectural & interior design team with expertise in healthcare architecture & interior projects.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the life cycle of healthcare projects, materials, MEP engineering services & other architectural design components, statutory & codal guidelines, and bring a proven track record of delivering innovative designs in healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Innovative Design Solution: 

  • Create and develop design narratives and conceptual design ideas tailored for healthcare clients. 
  • With understanding of the design brief, develop functional design solutions that meet project specifications and client needs.

2. Technical Skills: 

  • Develop creative & innovative way of concept design presentation.
  • Develop & produce high-quality technical drawings and layouts using CAD/ZCAD software. 
  • Ensure designs comply with healthcare standards and regulations.

3. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and project teams to integrate interior designs seamlessly with overall project plans. 
  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide design recommendations. 
  • Manage timelines and budgets for design deliverables
  • Quick adaptability to changes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience and seen through the life-cycle of a project.
  • Preferably candidate having experience in healthcare projects will be preferred.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Excellent Articulation capability Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in CAD/ ZCAD software.
  • Expertise in Photoshop or any presentation tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
