Job Summary:Systems Domain is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Placement Officer with 3–4 years of experience in student placements and corporate engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong industry connections and ensuring successful placements of students after course completion.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals for student placements

Coordinate with academic teams to align student profiles with relevant job opportunities

Guide and counsel students on career paths, resume building, and interview preparation

Track placement progress and maintain accurate placement records and statistics

Ensure timely and successful placements post-course completion

Collaborate with marketing to showcase success stories and attract new recruiters

Collect and analyze feedback from recruiters and students to improve placement processes

Be open to travel as per business requirements

Key Requirements:Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant work experience

Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

Prior experience in training institutes or academic placement cells preferred

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Proficiency in maintaining placement MIS and reporting
